1996 In 1996 we had to remake the spider who didn't survive the weather from the first year.  This time we used black cloth and plastic grocery bags to stuff him.  To go with this, Dan created our Grim Organist who was inspired by the Rock'ng Reaper that could be bought at most stores that year.  We also started our collection of tombstones this year - made of cement.
